62CIHW – WATERMELON PLUS - 62% Light Transmittance

A true pink-based filter with an added CMX3 color profile from our New Max Orange Science. “Balance with Color Lift” in challenging lighting conditions.

 The 62CIHW is our newest update to the Watermelon Series we introduced in 2007. This engineered design provides a very balanced color profile with a modest movement in color values to provide a tastefully amplified level of target orange while maintaining crisp definition in lower light levels. This true pink-based lens provides a subtle lift in target color, harnessing the benefit of the New Targeted Spectral Pigment Accelerator we use in our CMX3 Max orange series with less lift found in our CMX3 Max Series. This is a very neutral enhancement level in the target orange spectrum and quite calming to the eye.

 This filter is amazing on the clay shooting ground and in the field. It is also a beautiful introduction to your small game bird hunting kit.

 If you are a shooter with an affinity for more lift using the pink and red pieces of the visual spectrum without an exaggerated color lift, this is your lens. It is a great evolution of our 60CHCW lens technology.
